Megan Roberts

I am a PhD student in the HCV research group. My project focuses on HCV re-infection of the liver following liver transplantation. I will be investigating which genetic variants (quasispecies) of HCV are successful at re-infecting the liver graft and the viral properties which are important in this process.

Outside the lab, I love vintage furniture and enjoy going to antique fairs, picking up bargains and restoring them myself. I’m a big animal lover and enjoy looking after my 2 cats and 3 puppies. I am also interested in all things football, particularly Manchester City and go to watch them whenever I can.
